The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and are woman and the informant alleges that he alongwith his father was sitting at their door when Vijay in a drunken state started hurling abuses and when he forbade him from abusing it is alleged that Vijay assaulted his father with Bhala on body causing his death. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that from bare perusal of the allegation as

No.21910 of 2023(2) dt.05-07-2023 2/2 alleged in the FIR it would manifest that no specific allegation is alleged against the petitioners and petitioner No. 2 being wife of Vijay and petitioner No. 1 being relative of Vijay came to be implicated in the present case when admittedly they are persons with clean antecedent.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 184 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
