The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 323, 324, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the accused persons came variously armed and dragged the informant and her sister-in-law and assaulted.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is a counter version of the occurrence and the accusation has been levelled in the background of serious

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35604 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 litigated relationship between the parties. The injury of petitioners' side as well as informant side have been found to be simple. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 11 of the petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No. 124 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
