Petitioner is in custody in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 125 of 2015 registered under Sections 364, 302, 201. 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of murder.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on account of suspicion. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence. In fact, the occurrence took place on 02.12.2015 and the F.I.R. was lodged on 04.12.2015 after recovery of dead body. This petition is rotting in jail for the last nine months.

Learned A.P.P. for the state vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that this petitioner is the person who has

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of this petition is rejected. However, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.
