JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 19-11-2016 Heard Mr. Buxi S.R.P.Sinha for the petitioner, the informant and the State.

The petitioner is said to have assaulted along with others the informant and while he was retreating it is further alleged that he (petitioner) opened fire at him which luckily did not hit the informant.

It is submitted that the injury sustained by the informant was not grievous. The petitioner is in custody since 19.08.2016.

Counsel for the informant as well as the state point out from the bail petition that the petitioner is accused of several criminal cases some of which are heinous in nature. Considering the allegation and the criminal background

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46325 of 2016 (3) dt.19-11-2016 2/2 of the petitioner, this Court, for the present, is not inclined to extend him the privilege of bail. Prayer is accordingly rejected.
