The petitioner seeks bail in Bihra P.S. Case No. 187 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol and one live cartridge has been recovered from possession of this petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2020. Chargesheet has already been submitted.

Considering the period of custody, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the
