====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 25-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, informant and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 122/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 427, 337, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioners are ladies. In the written report, there are general and omnibus allegation against them of assaulting the informant. From the impugned order, it appears that petitioners are in custody since 08.07.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64096 of 2018 (2) dt.25-10-2018 2/2 petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. IXth, Saran at Chapra in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 122/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioners.
