A show cause has been filed on behalf of the Treasury Officer, Darbhanga in which it has been stated and copies of documents in support thereof have also been enclosed to indicate that pursuant to the authorization issued by the Accountant General, the Treasury Officer, Darbhanga has forwarded the relevant papers to the State Bank of India, Darbhanga for making payment to the petitioner no. 2. However, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that till date amount has not been actually credited in her account. Upon hearing learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioners to

Patna High Court CWJC No.11838 of 2015 dt.19-01-2016 2/2 appear before the Treasure Officer, Darbhanga as well as the Branch Manager of the State Bank of India of the relevant Branch at Darbhanga along with a copy of this order. The Treasure Officer, Darbhanga shall ensure that all relevant papers relating to payment to be made to the petitioner no. 2, and thereafter to petitioner no. 3 are forwarded to the Branch Manager, S.B.I., Darbhanga Branch. The Branch Manager of the Bank shall ensure that actual payment, if already not made, be credited to the account of the petitioner no. 2 within three working days from the date of the order being served on him.
