Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State through video conferencing.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 258 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504, 506, 379 and 34

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28527 of 2021(3) dt.08-04-2022 2/3 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the allegation, there was some quarrel between elder brother and nephew of the informant. When the informant went there to persuade them, the petitioners badly assaulted him. They also snatched golden ring and Rs. 210/- from the informant.

Leaned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is case and counter case and the informant has sustained simple injuries report whereof has been received and annexed with the record, whereas the members of petitioners' side in counter case have sustained grievous injuries. He has also submitted that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent.

Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-X, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 258 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the
