The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of making assault to the informant and his brother-in-law. Though, the injury of the informant was found to be simple but the injury of brother-inlaw of the informant was found to be grievous. It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35662 of 2015 (2) dt.03-09-2015 2/2 petitioners that there is counter version of the occurrence and one of the petitioners has also received injury. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Deep Nagar P.S. Case No. 164 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
