The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in jail since 19.07.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The basic accusation is of torture or non-fulfillment of the dowry demand.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by learned court below on the undertaking that he will keep the informant but he failed to comply the undertaking. It is further submitted that the

Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sathi P.S.
