Petitioner is accused in connection with Excise Case No. 117 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2018.
