2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Birpur PS Case No. 85 of 2018 dated 29.07.2018 instituted under Sections 30 and 32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

3. The petitioners are accused of dealing in illegal trade of liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that they have been falsely implicated.

5. Learned APP submitted that against the petitioners, there was specific information to the police that they were dealing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23396 of 2019 dt.23-07-2019 2/2 in such activity and on a raid conducted near the house of petitioner no. 1, five persons managed to run away and recovery of huge amount of liquor was made.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, the Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
