The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleges that marriage of his daughter was solemnized with Md. Tufail Ansari on 15.09.2019, after marriage the deceased was being tortured for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry of a motorcycle, it is next alleged that on 09.05.2022 Md. Tufail Ansari informed the informant that his daughter is ill, accordingly the informant along with his family members came to the house of his daughter but did not find his

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent, it is next submitted that petitioners being father-in-law and mother-in-law have been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the FIR it would manifest that no specific allegation of dowry or torture is alleged against the petitioners, it is next submitted that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature, it is further submitted that deceased was not having good relations with her husband, as such, she committed suicide, it is next submitted that husband is in custody.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where
