The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 337, 332, 333, 353, 427, 156, 295-A and 295 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was identified in the mob of 500 to 700 people which was involved in brick batting and raising slogans which might have created communal disharmony during meeting of the higher authorities.
Submission is that name of the petitioner has been disclosed by the enemies. He has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the general and fake allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11039 of 2017 (2) dt.16-03-2017 2/2 arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Class Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura/Successor Court in connection with Bihariganj Police Station Case No. 173 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
