JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Piar P.S. Case No. 25 of 2020 (Hatha O.P.) for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 325, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 05.02.2020. He further submits that there is land dispute between the petitioner and the informant's side. He also submits that as per the F.I.R., the allegation of assault is against Md. Aslam and Md. Obaid and not against this petitioner. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/-
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17719 of 2020(2) dt.03-06-2020 2/2 (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Pramod Kumar Mahtha, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Piar P.S. Case No. 25 of 2020 (Hatha O.P.) with the condition that the petitioner on release will render his service as volunteer for a period of three months in dedicated Covid Hospital.
