Case No.129/15 registered under Sections 498A, 304B and 201 of the I.P.C.

The accusation against the petitioner is of demand of dowry and torture and on account of non-fulfillment of the demand assaulting the victim.

The submission of the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in the case.

After perusal of the records I am not persuaded to grant bail to the petitioner.

Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner stands
