ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-02-2016 The petitioners seek revision of the order dated 24.01.2011 by which the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Balia in Case No. 100M of 2009 has declared the possession of the Opposite Party no. 2 on the disputed land on the basis of spot inspection by the Circle Inspector.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the inspection was done without notice to them but they are unable to satisfy this Court with regard to the same. Hence I do not find any merit in the application. The same is rejected. (Anjana Prakash, J) Prakash/- U T
