1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

2. The present petition is by way of second attempt at the behest of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No.21 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Section 489(B), 489(C) of the Indian Penal Code, inasmuch as the earlier petition filed by the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected by this Court by an order dated 04.02.2023, passed in Cr.Misc.No.58625 of 2022.

3. This Court finds from the supplementary show cause, filed by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Muzaffarpur that all the nine witnesses have been examined

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31563 of 2024(4) dt.20-09-2024 2/2 and cross-examined, hence this Court finds that there is no impediment in conclusion of the trial at an early date.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that liberty be granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after lapse of nine months from today, in case the trial is not concluded. Liberty so sought is granted.

5. It is needless to state that the learned trial Court shall make endeavor to conclude the trial within a period of six months from today.

6. The petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
