2. By filing the present writ application the petitioner seeks following reliefs:

"i) For issuance of direction upon respondent authorities to pay arrear of salary of the petitioner for the period 17.11.2009 to 19.11.2011 which remained due with them.

ii) For further to hold that the petitioner is entitled to get due arrear of salary for the period

Patna High Court CWJC No.19124 of 2014(3) dt.05-12-2022 2/2 during which he has actually worked.

iii) For any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection.

5. Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
