JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the first information report of Chiraiya P. S. Case No. 42 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 504, 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
On perusal of the first information report as
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21142 of 2017 (2) dt.05-12-2017 2/2 contained in Annexure-1 to the present application, I find that the ingredients of a cognizable offence are clearly attracted. In that view of the matter, I see no merit in this case. It is dismissed, accordingly.
