JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 17-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

Petitioner, while stealthily taking out a bag from a dickey of a motorcycle belonging to the informant, Alok Kumar containing Rs.15,000/-, was apprehended and on search, apart from the bag, mobile, two instruments used for breaking lock of dickey, one key of motorcycle were recovered while his associate, who managed to escape leaving motorcycle on account thereof, motorcycle was also seized. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 08.09.2016, having no criminal antecedent as per Para-3 of the petition.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner, Sahil Kumar is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52909 of 2016 (03) dt.17-02-2017 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P. S. Case No.269 of 2016.
