Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under sections 279, 337, 338, 308 and 304(ii) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and the allegations are on the basis of accident.

This Court would find that life of three persons was lost due to rash and negligent driving of a truck by this petitioner.

Considering the seriousness of allegation, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
