A supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 5 in which it has been stated that the allegation made in Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 04 of 2014 has been found true under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act against two named accused persons and one unknown. It has been further submitted that chargesheet has been submitted against two named accused who have been remanded to judicial custody and verification of the unknown accused person is pending.
