This application for regular bail arises out of Goraul P.S. Case No. 139/2017 for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 447, 307, 504/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the submission made on behalf of the petitioner that similarly circumstanced co-accused, namely, Deva Sahni, has been granted regular bail by this Court by order dated 12.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19890 of 2018, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
