The petitioner seeks bail in Narpatganj P.S. Case No.46 of 2018 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner was arrested in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No.412 of 2018 and the police recorded the confessional statement of the petitioner. There is no other incriminating material to show the involvement of the petitioner in the present case of robbery. Petitioner has not been put on test identification parade although the petitioner is in custody since 25.06.2018.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61618 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Narpatganj P.S. Case No.46 of 2018, G.R. No.256 of 2018.
