APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL ORDER 15-03-2019 This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 04.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67272 of 2018.

2. It has been pointed out that due to typographical mistake occurred in paragraph no. 4 of the order dated 04.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67272 of 2018 "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XIV, Bhojpur at Ara" has inadvertently been typed as "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Bhojpur at Ara" .

3. Let paragraph no. 4 of the order dated 04.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67272 of 2018 be treated as modified to read as "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XIV, Bhojpur at Ara" in place of "Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Bhojpur at Ara".

4. In this view of the matter, the time granted for surrender before the learned Court below in terms of order dated 04.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 67272 of 2018 is extended by four weeks from today.
