JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 228 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the materials available on record, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of bail is rejected. However, if the trial is not concluded within a period of six months, the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
