Learned counsel for the opposite party filed an affidavit stating therein that Insurance Company has already issued a cheque for the amount of Rs. 2, 53, 421/- vide Cheque No. 165656 dated 28. 01. 2015.

In this view of the matter, there is no necessity to continue the contempt proceeding against opposite party. This petition stands disposed of.
