The petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2016 in connection with Laheri P.S. Case No. 216 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was taken into custody on the suspicion of defrauding people in league with other three accused persons, namely, Kiran Sinha, Balmiki Prasad @ Balmiki Kumar and Shambhu Kumar @ Shiv Shankar who have since been released on regular bail, let the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46036 of 2016 (3) dt.08-11-2016 2/2 named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Arvind Kumar Das, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Leheri P.S. Case No. 216 of 2016.
