Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Raniganji P.S. Case No. 159 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under sections 392, 411 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Neither he was arrested on the spot nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession. Except the confessional statement of the co-accused on basis of which petitioner has been implicated in the present case, there is nothing against this petitioner. Further, the matter has been compromised between the parties. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and is in custody since 04.08.2018.

Case No. 159 of 2016.
