There happens to be an allegation against the petitioner that he was in possession of fake vakalatnama as well as welfare ticket of meager amount having affixed thereupon. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has fallen victim of prevailing politics of the vakalatkhana. Further, submitted that he happens to be under custody since 03.08.2016.

Considering the nature of allegation in consonance with the period of detention, petitioner, Ganga Kumar Mahto @ Ganga Mahto is directed to be released on bail on furnishing cash surety of Rs.50,000/- (fifty thousand), considering his criminal
