2. At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that the case of this petitioner is squarely covered by the order dated 15.11.2010 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.15136 of 2010 and judgment dated 27.07.2017 passed in L.P.A. No.269 of 2016, hence this writ application may be disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order/judgment.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to the aforesaid submission.

4. In such view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no.4 enclosing the order dated 15.11.2010 passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.15136 of 2010 and the judgment dated 27.07.2017 passed in L.P.A. No.269 of 2016 as also the documents in support of his claim within a period of four weeks. Respondent no.4, after receiving such representation, shall examine the matter and pass reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks. If the petitioner is found entitled to any consequential benefits, the same must be paid to him within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
5. It is made clear that this Court may take serious view of the matter if this order is not complied within the stipulated period as aforesaid.
6. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
