2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 270, 290/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 53(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 registered in connection with Aungari (Peer Bigha) P.S. Case No. 68 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as it appears that other persons have been storing 90 bottles of illicit liquor in the petitioner's cabin of bore-well without his knowledge. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) B.T/Ibrar U T
