JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 3/ 26-10-2018 This application has come under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of the petitioners. Counsel for the petitioners submits that, inadvertently, in the cause title of the petition, name of P.S. of the petitioners has been mentioned as „Bodhgaya‟, in place of "Teturmadi" and the same mistake has occurred in the order dated 12.10.2018 by which petitioners have been granted bail in Excise Case No.307 of 2018 to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge- 1st,-cum- Special Judge, Excise, Gaya. Counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the cause title of bail petition with regard to name of P.S.

Accordingly, in the cause title of the order dated 12.10.2018 in place of „P.S.-Bodhgaya‟, it should be read as "P.S.-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.63451 of 2018 (3) dt.26-10-2018 2/2 Teturmadi".

Cause Title of the order dated 12.10.2018 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
