For issuance of a direction to the respondent authority for appointment of petitioner on the post of clerk which was qualified by the petitioner in Combined Examination conducted in the year, 2000 as well as also entitle for promotion from the date of appointment as for example 2000.

(ii). For issuance of a direction for appointment of the petitioner may be considered when the petitioner was qualified in PT/Mains."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the competent Court having appropriate jurisdiction for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
