The petitioner seeks bail in Mufassil P.S. Case No.165 of 2018 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act and under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The police raided the house of the petitioner and during the course of search, one country made pistol with four live cartridges were recovered. Four bottles of Oldmonk Rum were also recovered from the house of the petitioner. It is submitted that petitioner is in jail since 06.04.2018. Petitioner is an ex-Armyman.
