In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 251 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. From the possession of the petitioner, 20 liters of country made liquor has been recovered.

The counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14th July 2016. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, Dilip Kr. Yadav @ Dilip Yadav, be released on bail on or after 17th October 2016 on his furnishing bail bond of
