The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Goriyakothi P.S. Case No. 42 of 2012, registered under Sections 366 and 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan. The allegation of informant Alha Manjhi is that on 27.03.2012, his minor daughter had gone go Middle School, but she did not return. Thereafter, he started searching of his daughter then he come to know that this petitioner with the help of Kishore Prasad kidnapped her daughter with intention to perform marriage.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17766 of 2017 (4) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trail Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
