JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-04-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the competent court of civil jurisdiction for the purposes of enforcement of the contract in question as well as for setting aside the order dated 07.11.2014 issued by the Bihar Education Project Council and the order dated 29.11.2016, by which the contractual service of the petitioner has been cancelled as also the order dated 07.12.2018.
