Patna High Court MJC No.1043 of 2020(5) dt.26-04-2023 2/2 Mr. Vindhya Keshri Kumar, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of them has rightly pointed out that no case of deliberate disobedience of this Court's order is made out by them in view of the admitted fact that the petitioner-college is not an affiliated college and in such case the University has no role to play in the matter of appointment of teachers in such college.

In my view, no case of deliberate disobedience of this Court's order is made out. The contempt proceeding stands dropped accordingly.
