Petitioner seeks bail in Maker P.S. Case No.104 of 2018, registered under Sections 188, 272, 273 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 30/30(A)/41/47 of the Bihar Prohibition of Liquor and Excise Act.

Petitioner was found carrying 55 litres of country made wine made of Mahua in a tube for that the petitioner is in jail since 19.07.2018. Petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 21⁄2 months for recovery of 55 litres of country made liquor made of Mahua.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-VI, Saran in connection with Maker P.S.
