The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, the tempo of the informant which was parked at his door, was found missing in the morning.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. His name transpired in course of investigation on the statement of a spy. He is in custody since 4.1.2021 and has no criminal antecedent.
It is submitted by learned APP for the State that on receiving information from the spy, the petitioner was caught

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation, the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent, being in custody for more than 1 year and chargesheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Kako P.S. Case no. 4 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Jehanabad.
