Petitioners are named in the first information report and it is alleged that petitioners and other F.I.R named accused made indiscriminate firing and also lobbed bombs as a result whereof one person died in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner no. 1 does have criminal antecedent of about 13 cases whereas petitioner no. 2 does have criminal antecedent of seven cases. Considering the criminal antecedent as well as facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to release the petitioners on bail and hence, their prayer for bail in connection with Banka P.S.case No. 479 of 2016, pending in the court of
