Petitioner is accused in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016 registered under Sections 406, 120B of the I.P.C. and section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act. The accusation is of misappropriation of public money by stating a Financial Company in which petitioner was Incharge. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is simply an employee of the company. After receiving money from the customer, he deposited the same in the fund of the company. It is also submitted that different

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44613 of 2016 (5) dt.19-01-2017 2/2 consumers lodged different cases and the petitioner has already been allowed bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 43758 of 2016.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016.
