Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Excise Case No. 1281 of 2018 arising out of Agiaon Bazar P.S. Case No. 88 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a), 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He has no concern with the alleged occurrence. The alleged recovery is from the joint house. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 13.08.2018.
