Case No.35 of 2009 by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhepura whereby the learned Principal Judge, Madhepura rejected the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 126(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure for setting aside the ex-parte order dated 15.1.2009 passed in Misc. (Maintenance) Case No.11 of 2007 by which the petitioner has been directed to pay Rs.2000/- (two thousand) per month to the opposite party no.2 as maintenance compensation.
