JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 17-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

There was commission of theft in the house of Shahid Ali wherein unknown thieves taken away all the belongings including one N.P. Bore Rifle, cartridges, laptop, computer etc. Aforesaid rifle has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. That being so, for the present, I do not see it a fit case for grant of bail. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 137/2016.

Learned lower court is directed to expedite the trial, if the trial is not concluded within six months, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer.
