In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Lakhnaur P.S. Case No. 191 of 2018, G.R. No. 1500 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30 (a) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Act, 2016.

It has been alleged that 547 litres of illegal liquor has been recovered from the house of one Ram Prit Das and one Santosh Yadav was arrested and he disclosed the name of this petitioner.

Looking to the quantity of liquor and nature of

However, if the petitioners surrender and pray for regular bail, the court below without being prejudiced by this order, will take decision in accordance with law.
