JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of a writ/writs, order/orders for commanding the respondents authority, and directed to the respondents Authorities to release the Ex-gratia grant as per Home (Special) Department, Govt. of Bihar memo no.7381 dated 03/07/2015 (Annexure- P/2) as well as memo no- 12656 dated 25/11/2019,(Annexure- P/3)."

After some arguments, the learned

Patna High Court CWJC No.5471 of 2024(2) dt.18-04-2024 2/2 counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.5, i.e. the District Commandant, Home Guard, Sitamarhi for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent no.5 shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
