The petitioner, being an old man, is apprehending his arrest in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No.176 of 2014 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 341, 323 and 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation against the petitioner is that he had been pressurizing his daughter-in-law (the informant) into having illicit relationship with him. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it was only because the petitioner who had retired from the Government service and had been drawing pension, the informant had been pressurizing him to pay some material amount to her by way of maintenance.

No.43423 of 2014 (2) dt.20-03-2015 2/2 Considering the aforementioned submissions and the nature of allegations, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Sanjay Kumar-IV, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City, District-Patna, in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No.176 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
